...DENSE FOG ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 9 AM CST THIS MORNING...

A few surface observations across northwest AR are still reporting
patchy dense fog in spots, though majority of sites show
visibilities quickly improving above Dense Fog Advisory criteria.
Therefore, will go ahead and allow the Advisory expire at 9 AM.
However, patchy dense fog will exist for another hour before all fog
lifts and erodes.
