EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Southerly winds return Friday and increase for the weekend ahead
of a low pressure system forecast to move through the region Monday.
Rain and thunder chances return Sunday night and increase Monday
before tapering off Monday night as a cold front moves through
eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. Severe weather is not
expected. Increasing low level moisture ahead of the cold front will
increase the potential for locally heavy rainfall Monday.
