.DISCUSSION...

Conditions are dry currently in Oktaha, but a band of light rain
and isolated thunderstorms is moving northeast in that direction
and will be there in the next few hours. There may be a brief
break after the initial band of rain either moves thru or slowly
dissipates before another round of rain and thunder arrives
around midday or early afternoon. For the most part, expect
easterly winds at 5 to 10 mph, but they could be briefly variable
and gusty near showers and storms. After the 2nd round passes,
there are indications that a wake low could cause winds to be
gusty out of the east. Winds could gust 40 to 50 mph at least
briefly during the afternoon.

                    and slight chance of thunderstorms early in the
                    morning, then rain showers and chance of
                    thunderstorms in the afternoon.
