...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT CST TONIGHT...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Oklahoma, including
  the following counties, in east central Oklahoma, Muskogee. In
  northeast Oklahoma, Nowata, Okmulgee, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner and
  Washington OK.

* WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 730 PM CST, Scattered areas of moderate to occasionally
    heavy rain will continue and flooding remains ongoing in
    areas. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have already fallen
    and any additional rainfall will cause excessive runoff.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to locally 2 inches are
    possible in the warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
