Arkansas...Oklahoma...

  Mulberry River near Mulberry affecting Franklin and Crawford
  Counties.

  Poteau River near Panama affecting Le Flore County.

  Poteau River near Poteau affecting Le Flore County.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT TO MONDAY
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Poteau River near Panama.

* WHEN...From late tonight to Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 39.0 feet, severe depths of flooding of crop and
  pasturelands occur from Shady Point to Arkoma. Several roads
  crossing the Poteau River are totally impassable.
  At 41.0 feet, very severe flooding occurs from near Poteau to
  Arkoma. Up to 20,000 acres of farmland is flooded. Several county
  roads crossing the Poteau River are totally impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 8.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tonight to a crest of 40.3 feet Sunday morning. It will
    then fall below flood stage late Monday morning.
  - Flood stage is 29.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT TO LATE SUNDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Poteau River near Poteau.

* WHEN...From late tonight to late Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, severe valley flooding affects croplands
  and county roads from southeast of Poteau to the mouth of Brazil
  Creek. Old Highway 112 may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 3.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tonight to a crest of 28.3 feet tomorrow evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage early Sunday morning.
  - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT TO EARLY
TOMORROW AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mulberry River near Mulberry.

* WHEN...From late tonight to early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, agricultural and timber lands along the
  left bank and in the vicinity of the gage begin to flood. The
  first 7 miles of the river are subject to backwater flooding from
  the Arkansas River. Mulberry and the area south of I-40 can be
  affected. The river is swift and dangerous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 3.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tonight to a crest of 18.5 feet tomorrow morning. It
    will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
