...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 3 AM CST EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flood Watch will expire for portions of Arkansas, including the
following counties, Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison,
Sebastian and Washington and southeast Oklahoma, including the
following county, Le Flore.

Heavy rains have ended. Thus, the Flood Watch will expire at 3 AM
CST early this morning. However, widespread areal flooding from the
earlier heavy rains is occurring, with reports of road closures
across the area. Please heed road closures and avoid flooded roads.
