Carroll and Madison counties in Arkansas. Movement was to the east
at around 25 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was
around one tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of one quarter to
one half of an inch. Coverage decreased during the last hour. The
Tulsa area forecast for late this morning and into this afternoon,
cloudy, a chance of showers and thunderstorms with temperatures 75
to 83 degrees and southwest winds up to 5 mph shifting to the
northeast.
