light snow over much of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. The
precipitation was in the Tulsa, Fort Smith and Bentonville, Rogers
and Fayetteville areas. Movement was to the east at around 25 mph.
Coverage and intensity remained about the same as last hour. The
Tulsa area forecast for early this morning, cloudy, snow likely with
temperatures 27 to 29 degrees and north winds up to 5 mph.
