Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were located in Haskell county in Oklahoma and Crawford county in Arkansas. The precipitation was in the Tulsa area. The precipitation was in the Fort Smith and Bentonville, Rogers and Fayetteville areas. Movement was to the northeast at greater than 40 mph. . Intensity decreased during the last hour.
