Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were located in Sequoyah and Haskell counties in Oklahoma and Crawford county in Arkansas. The precipitation was in the Tulsa and Fort Smith areas. The precipitation was in the Bentonville, Rogers and Fayetteville area. Movement was to the northeast at greater than 40 mph. . Coverage and intensity decreased during the last hour.
