...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN RILEY...NORTHWESTERN
POTTAWATOMIE AND SOUTHEASTERN MARSHALL COUNTIES THROUGH 730 PM CDT...

At 638 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 8 miles southwest of Frankfort to 3 miles west
of Riley. Movement was east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Strong wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Hail damage to outdoor objects and
         vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Blaine, Riley, Leonardville, Olsburg, Randolph, Wheaton, Tuttle Creek
Lake, and Lillis.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for northeastern
Kansas.
