Winds will remain light for the burn time, mainly prevailing out of the
northeast under 10 mph. There may be a brief window from 1 pm through 6 PM
where northwest winds increase to around 10 mph with an occasional gust to
15 mph. Fuels should cure quickly this afternoon as afternoon RH values
fall in the 25-30 percent range. RH values increase above 40 percent after 7 PM.
