...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH MONDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central and north central Kansas, including
  the following counties, in central Kansas, Dickinson. In north
  central Kansas, Ottawa.

* WHEN...Through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - A couple rounds of heavy rain are expected. The first round
    comes early this morning and he second round is expected this
    evening into Monday morning. Rainfall rates of 1 to 3 inches
    per hour are likely, which could lead to flooding, especially
    if storms hit the same area multiple times. A general 1 to 3
    inches of rainfall is expected with localized areas of 3
    inches or more possible.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. Those
living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action
should flooding develop.
