REMARKS...

WARM AND WET CONDITIONS WERE COMMON IN NOVEMBER. THE AVERAGE
TEMPERATURE WAS THE FIFTEENTH WARMEST OF ANY NOVEMBER ON
RECORD...WITH THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF PRECIPITATION RANKING AS THE
ELEVENTH WETTEST. NO DAILY RECORD WARM TEMPERATURES WERE SET...BUT
SEVERAL DAYS SAW THEIR AVERAGE TEMPERATURE AT LEAST TEN DEGREES
ABOVE NORMAL VALUES. RECORD PRECIPITATION OF 1.45 INCHES FELL ON
NOVEMBER 2...AND THE 0.92 INCHES THAT FELL ON NOVEMBER 18 ALSO SET A
RECORD FOR THAT DAY. WINDS THAT EVENING GUSTED AROUND 60 MPH AND
PRODUCED SCATTERED POWER OUTAGES. THE MONTH ENDED MUCH COLDER WITH A
QUICK BUT POTENT SNOW ON NOVEMBER 30. THE 3.3 INCHES THAT
ACCUMULATED SET THE RECORD FOR SNOWFALL THAT DAY...AND PUT THE
MONTH/S TOTAL AS TIED FOR THE NINETEENTH SNOWIEST NOVEMBER ON
RECORD.
