...Periods of Primarily Light Snow Through The Afternoon...

Periods of primarily light, but locally and briefly moderate
snowfall will move from northwest to southeast across much of the
plains of North-central Montana heading into the afternoon. If
traveling, be prepared for quick changes to visibility and road
conditions. Total accumulations through the afternoon on the order
of an inch will be possible. Northwest winds around 10 to 20 mph,
with gusts to 30 mph may result in isolated instances of blowing
or drifting of snow.
