...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHERN BLAINE AND NORTHEASTERN
HILL COUNTIES THROUGH 645 PM MDT...

At 511 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of showers and
thunderstorms thunderstorms capable of producing landspouts along a
line extending from 27 miles northeast of Havre to 13 miles
northwest of Chinook. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, pea size hail, and a low risk for
         landspouts and dust devils.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
         could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
         objects.

Locations impacted include...
Harlem, Chinook, Fort Belknap, Turner, Lohman, Hogeland, and Zurich.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Landspouts are usually weak tornadoes that generally produce little
to no damage, but the strongest can still cause some damage and pose
a risk to lives and property.
