...FREEZING FOG ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 9 AM MST THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Areas of fog gradually dissipate by noon, however
  widespread poor visibility has improved. Very cold wind chills of
  25 to 35 below zero expected.

* WHERE...Hill County.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM MST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
