* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 25 below to 30 below zero
  redevelop tonight.

* WHERE...Hill County and Northern Blaine County.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM MST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest wind chills will occur tonight
  into into early Monday morning.
