An upper level ridge of high pressure is building across the
Northern Rockies for dry conditions through the rest of the week.
Temperatures remain slightly below seasonal averages today, but
warm back to near seasonal averages for early November on
Thursday. Westerly winds develop today and increase tonight with
gusty west winds likely in exposed locations tonight through
Thursday. Terrain sheltering will play a role however and
locations in drainage`s or blocked by terrain to the west will see
lighter winds.
