.DISCUSSION...

Showers and thunderstorms will move from south to north this
afternoon and evening. Peak storm coverage looks to be between
1700 and 2000 local time. The primary thunderstorm hazards will be
localized strong gusty winds, hail, and heavy downpours in
addition to cloud to ground lightning. There is around a 70
percent chance of winds gusting over 35 mph during showers and
storms. Drier conditions are expected Tuesday and Wednesday, but
westerly winds will gust in the 15 to 25 mph range each afternoon.

                    mostly cloudy (75-85 percent). Showers likely
                    and chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon.
