205 FNUS55 KTFX 060758 FWFTFX Fire Weather Planning Forecast for North-Central Montana National Weather Service Great Falls MT 158 AM MDT Sun Jul 6 2025 .DISCUSSION... Northwest flow aloft will help to maintain one more day of slightly below to near normal temperatures across all fire weather zones, with temperatures then warming significantly through the first half of the work week as transient ridging slides east over the Northern Rockies. Highs on Tuesday and Wednesday will warm some 10 to 15 degrees above normal, with dry conditions expected. Westerly surface winds will increase through the day on Wednesday ahead of an advancing Pacific cold front, with strong and gusty winds expected to persist into the overnight hours on Wednesday in wake of the frontal passage. - Moldan MTZ112-062215- Eastern Glacier/Toole/Central/Eastern Pondera/Liberty- 158 AM MDT Sun Jul 6 2025 .TODAY... * Sky/Weather...........Partly sunny.
