South winds 20 knots with gusts to 30 knots will become north 20 to 25 knots this afternoon. * WHERE...Bonita Beach to Suwannee river out to 60 NM including Tampa Bay and Charlotte Harbor. * WHEN...Dense fog advisory until 11 AM EST this morning. Small Craft Advisory until 4 PM EST on Monday. * IMPACTS...Low visibility will make navigation difficult. Winds will be be hazardous to small craft. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use your radar and compass. A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
