A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas...
  Charlotte Harbor and Pine Island Sound...
  Coastal waters from Bonita Beach to Englewood FL out 20 NM...

At 238 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from 26 nm north of Bonita Beach to 11
nm north of Fort Myers Beach to near Sanibel, moving northwest at 15
knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
