In south central Florida, DeSoto and Highlands. * WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 625 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
