  Pasco County in west central Florida...
  Pinellas County in west central Florida...

* Until 245 AM EDT.

* At 1012 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 4 and 10 inches of rain
  have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Tampa, Spring Hill, Clearwater, Lakeland, Largo, Bradenton,
  Pinellas Park, Plant City, Winter Haven, Temple Terrace, Haines
  City, Bartow, Seminole, New Port Richey, Lake Wales, Auburndale,
  Zephyrhills, Palmetto, Brooksville and Inverness.
