...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL GULF AND SOUTHWESTERN
LIBERTY COUNTIES THROUGH 1115 AM EDT/1015 AM CDT/...

At 1046 AM EDT/946 AM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm near Port St. Joe, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Port St. Joe, White City, Wewahitchka, Honeyville, Highland View,
Willis Landing, Dalkeith, Ward Ridge, and Saint Joe Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
