* Until 1030 AM EST/930 AM CST/.

* At 901 AM EST/801 AM CST/, severe thunderstorms capable of
  producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from 16
  nm northeast of Marker 24 Barge to 7 nm east of V Tower to 10 nm
  southwest of S Tower to 49 nm south of Empire Mica Wreck, moving
  east at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats...damage
           vessels...and create suddenly higher waves. Make sure all
           on board are in a secure location and wearing life
           jackets. Expect wind gusts in excess of 34
           knots...suddenly higher waves...frequent lightning...and
           heavy downpours. Make sure all on board are wearing life
           jackets.

* Locations impacted include...
  S Tower, V Tower, Buckeye Reef, Horseshoe Beach, C Tower, and
  Marker 24 Barge.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 300 PM EST/200 PM CST/ for
Big Bend Florida...and the adjacent coastal waters.
