  Waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Mexico Beach from 20 to
  60 NM...

* Until 915 AM EDT/815 AM CDT/.

* At 748 AM EDT/648 AM CDT/, thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from near Fort
  Walton Liberty Ship Reef to 13 nm southwest of Panama City Beach
  to 10 nm southwest of Mexico Beach to near Port St. Joe, moving
  east at 5 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats...damage
           vessels...and create suddenly higher waves. Make sure all
           on board are in a secure location and wearing life
           jackets.

* Locations impacted include...
  Panama City Beach, Apalachicola, Laguna Beach, Cape San Blas,
  Mexico Beach, and Port St. Joe.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
