The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal Waters From  Ochlockonee River to Apalachicola FL out to 20
  Nm...
  Coastal Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola out 20 NM...
  Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM...
  Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until noon EST/1100 AM CST/.

* At 955 AM EST/855 AM CST/, showers capable of producing waterspouts
  were located along a line extending from near O Tower to 36 nm
  south of Empire Mica Wreck, moving east at 45 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats...damage
           vessels...and create suddenly higher waves. Make sure all
           on board are in a secure location and wearing life
           jackets. Expect wind gusts in excess of 34
           knots...suddenly higher waves...and heavy downpours. Make
           sure all on board are wearing life jackets.

* Locations impacted include...
  S Tower, V Tower, O Tower, C Tower, and K Tower.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek safe shelter, mariners can expect gusty winds and increasing
waves.

Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous
seas. Seek safe harbor immediately.
