* Until 715 PM EDT/615 PM CDT/.

* At 537 PM EDT/437 PM CDT/, a strong thunderstorm was located 13 nm
  southeast of Empire Mica Wreck, moving east at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher
           waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make
           sure all on board are wearing life jackets.
