...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 430 AM CDT...

For the following areas...
Coastal Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola out 20 NM...
Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM...

At 356 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts
were located along a line extending from 17 nm west of C Tower to
near Empire Mica Wreck, moving east at 15 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher
         waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make sure
         all on board are wearing life jackets. Waterspouts can
         quickly form and capsize boats and damage vessels.

Locations impacted include...
Empire Mica Wreck.
