  Waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Mexico Beach from 20 to
  60 NM...

At 1013 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated showers, capable of
producing waterspouts. These showers were located along a line
extending from 26 nm southeast of Okaloosa Deep Water Reef to 6 nm
northwest of Mexico Beach. The showers were nearly stationary.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect waterspouts. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.

These showers will likely produce waterspouts, and could pose a
serious hazard for boaters. A special marine warning may eventually
be required when these showers reaches the nearshore waters. Boaters
should consider heading for shore before these showers arrives.
