Light easterly winds this morning will become more southeasterly
to southerly this afternoon. Mixing heights will top out around
4,500-5,000 feet, which will lead to fair dispersions today.
Relative humidity will bottom out in the mid to upper 20s this
afternoon. Winds will become light and variable tonight with no
fog expected.

Winds will increase tomorrow out of the southeast to south on
Friday, resulting in good dispersions. Humidity will also be
higher, only dropping into the lower 40s.
