.DISCUSSION...
Patchy fog early this morning will dissipate by around 9AM. Light
winds and low mixing heights will keep dispersions poor for much
of the morning. By the afternoon, west turning to southwest 20
foot and transport winds, as well as rising mixing heights into
the 3000-4000 feet range will lead to favorable dispersions this
afternoon.
Another round of fog is possible Thursday morning along with
chances for showers and isolated thunderstorms beginning in the
morning and continuing into the evening. 20 foot and transport
winds increase while becoming southerly with a few surface wind
gusts approaching 20 mph. Dispersions will be favorable by mid
morning. Winds could become erratic in and near thunderstorms.
