South to southeast winds are expected through the rest of today.
The stronger transport winds and the mixing heights topping out
around 4,000-4,500 feet will result in good to borderline high
dispersions this afternoon. RH values will bottom out in the lower
to middle 40s.

Similar conditions are expected for Saturday with
slightly lower dispersions thanks to somewhat decreased mixing
heights. Higher RH values are also anticipated Saturday.
