.DISCUSSION...
Light east and northeasterly flow will prevail at the site on
Tuesday. Conditions will be more stable on Tuesday than today with
poor dispersions expected as mixing heights drop compared to this
afternoon`s values. Transport winds will remain easterly. A weak
southeasterly component to the winds can`t be ruled out if a weak
seabreeze develops but the probability of this remains low at this
time. Low-level moisture begins to return in the easterly flow
and this should keep RHs from getting lower than 50% Tuesday
afternoon. Mostly sunny skies are expected but clouds will begin
to increase for the evening and especially into Wednesday with
dispersions expected to remain poor.
