.DISCUSSION...
Dry and warm conditions with mostly sunny skies are expected
today. Low dispersions persist from ignition time until 11AM CDT.
Winds then pick up out of the north at around 5 mph,
followed by a weak seabreeze causing a westerly shift starting in
the 1PM to 2PM CDT time frame. Relative humidity looks to bottom
out at roughly 40% and recovers nicely tonight into tomorrow
morning. Similar conditions are on tap for Tuesday, though
dispersions may improve a bit sooner and afternoon winds turn more
northwesterly.
