...The National Weather Service in Tallahassee FL has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Georgia...

  Muckalee Creek near Leesburg (SR 195) affecting Lee County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

The next statement will be issued late tonight at 430 AM EDT.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY TOMORROW AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Muckalee Creek near Leesburg (SR 195).

* WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Substantial lowland flooding will occur
  along the creek. Water will flood one residence on North Hampton
  Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this morning to a crest of 13.1 feet this afternoon. It
    will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    13.2 feet on 06/08/2017.
