...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Big Bend Florida, including the following
  counties, Gadsden and Leon.

* WHEN...Until 730 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
  imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 531 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Tallahassee, Tallahassee State College, Florida State
    University, Florida A and M, Midway, Doak Campbell Stadium,
    Mission San Luis, Griffin Heights, Messer Park, Innovation
    Park, Levy Park, Frenchtown, Providence Neighborhood, All
    Saints District, Leon County Civic Center, Callen
    Neighborhood, Kleman Plaza, Lake Ella, Bragg Stadium and
    Midtown.
