...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Florida, including the following areas,
  Calhoun, Central Walton, Coastal Bay, Coastal Franklin, Coastal
  Gulf, Coastal Jefferson, Coastal Taylor, Coastal Wakulla, Gadsden,
  Holmes, Inland Bay, Inland Franklin, Inland Gulf, Inland
  Jefferson, Inland Taylor, Inland Wakulla, Jackson, Lafayette,
  Leon, Liberty, Madison, North Walton, South Walton and Washington
  and Georgia, including the following areas, Baker, Berrien,
  Brooks, Colquitt, Cook, Decatur, Grady, Lanier, Lowndes, Miller,
  Mitchell, Seminole and Thomas.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Between 1 and 3 inches of rainfall has fallen across the
    watch area as of late Sunday morning. Additional rainfall of
    around 2 inches is forecast with localized higher totals up
    to 4 inches possible. There is a 1-in-10 chance of reaching
    or exceeding these higher-end rainfall totals, which would
    cause localized flash flooding and rises on small creeks and
    streams.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
