...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Alabama, including the following
  areas, Coffee, Dale, Geneva, Henry and Houston, Florida, including
  the following areas, Calhoun, Coastal Bay, Coastal Franklin,
  Coastal Gulf, Holmes, Inland Bay, Inland Franklin, Inland Gulf,
  Jackson, Liberty and Washington, and southwest Georgia, including
  the following areas, Calhoun, Clay, Early, Miller, Quitman,
  Randolph and Seminole.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Additional scattered showers and thunderstorms today will
    produce localized heavy rainfall on top of saturated soils.
    It will not take much additional rainfall to cause flash
    flooding.
