Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Between 1 and 3 inches of rainfall has fallen across the watch area as of late Sunday morning. Additional rainfall of around 2 inches is forecast with localized higher totals up to 4 inches possible. There is a 1-in-10 chance of reaching or exceeding these higher-end rainfall totals, which would cause localized flash flooding and rises on small creeks and streams. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
