...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Big Bend Florida, including the following
  areas, Inland Jefferson and Madison and Georgia, including the
  following areas, Ben Hill, Berrien, Brooks, Colquitt, Cook, Grady,
  Irwin, Lanier, Lowndes, Thomas, Tift, Turner and Worth.

* WHEN...Through this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Additional rainfall amounts today of 1 inch or less are
    forecast in the watch area, but localized amounts of 2 to 3
    inches are possible. Following extremely heavy rain late
    Wednesday, the higher-end rainfall potential today would be
    enough to cause additional flooding.
