THROUGH 8 PM MONDAY EVENING FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY FOR
FIRE ZONES 215,216,217,218 AND 219 BELOW 1000 FEET...

* Winds...North winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph
  expected. Strongest winds are expected across the northern and
  central Sacramento Valley along and west of Interstate 5.

* Humidity...15 to 25 percent.

* Highest Threat...Northern and central Sacramento Valley along
  and west of Interstate 5.

* Impacts...The combination of gusty winds and low humidity can
  cause fire to rapidly grow in size and intensity. Outdoor
  burning is not recommended.
