            Delta College Police Department reported
            around 10:15 AM PST that a tree had fallen
            on two tents at a flea market. Two injured
            men were taken to an area hospital. Stockton
            Airport reported north to west sustained
            winds of 10-25 MPH with gusts of 15-35 MPH
            that day, strongest at 1:30 PM PST. Around
            the time of the reported event, north to
            west winds were reported sustained 16-20
            MPH, gusting to 22-29 MPH.
