Mostly sunny, dry and warm at the burn site Thursday, with
northwest winds in the morning 5 to 9 mph with gusts to 15 mph
becoming north up to 9 mph with gusts to 20 mph by late morning
into the afternoon. Low afternoon humidity values in the mid to
upper 20s expected. Mixing heights around 1000 feet at burn site
in the morning, climbing to 4500 feet by the afternoon, dropping
to around 500 feet by Thursday night/Friday morning. High
