Locally gusty north to east winds continue in portions of the Sacramento
Valley and adjacent foothills and mountains through Friday. High pressure
in the eastern Pacific builds inland, while a low pressure starts to move
into far SoCal this weekend, which will lead to another period of
widespread gusty north to east winds. Continued dry weather and above
normal high temperatures are expected.
