interior NorCal today. Storms that do develop are expected to be
mostly wet, but lightning strikes outside the main precipitation
core will pose a risk for new fire starts. Gusty erratic outflow
winds from storms that develop will also pose a risk. High
temperatures continue to cool today, but will gradually warm
into the weekend with lowering humidities.
