.DISCUSSION...
Some remaining breezy winds and low relative humidity continue the
elevated fire weather conditions in the Sacramento Valley through
this morning. In the adjacent foothills and mountains, areas of
elevated fire weather conditions at times, mainly nights and mornings,
due to gusty wind and low humidity through Friday morning. Otherwise,
dry weather with above normal temperatures, low daytime humidity, and
moderate to poor overnight recoveries expected.
