Please broadcast the message below at approximately 60-minute
intervals from Saturday September, 14 through Monday September, 16.

The National Marine Fisheries Service announces the closure of the
gag grouper recreational fishery in federal waters of the Gulf of
Mexico effective September 16,2024, and will be closed through
December 31, 2024. During the recreational closure, the bag and
possession limits for gag grouper are zero. For more information,
