FRIDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures around 32
  degrees in Lower Washington County, and around 27 to 32 degrees in
  lower elevation areas of Zion National Park. For the Freeze Watch,
  temperatures near 32 degrees for Lower Washington County and
  around 30 to 32 degrees in lower elevation areas of Zion National
  Park.

* WHERE...Lower Washington County and Zion National Park.

* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from 3 AM to 9 AM MST Thursday. For
  the Freeze Watch, from late Thursday night through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

Drain in-ground sprinkler systems and cover above ground pipes.
