.DISCUSSION...A cold front will move through the area late this morning
and early afternoon, most likely between 1100-1300. This will cause both
a wind shift to the northwest as well as force any rain over to snow.
Through this afternoon, generally 1-4 inches of snow is expected, with
additional accumulations on Friday up to 1 inch. Wetting rains are likely,
with better than a 90% chance of seeing 0.10" through Friday, with the bulk
of that falling through this afternoon. Most likely range of precipitation
through Friday is 0.15" to 0.60".

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (85-95 percent cloud cover). Rain and
                    Snow showers in the late morning and early
                    afternoon, then snow likely by early afternoon.
                    Slight chance of thunderstorms in
                    the afternoon.
