.DISCUSSION...An upper level low moving through the region will
continue to bring high relative humidities and excellent mixing
Thursday. Increased the clearing index forecast to 1000+ due to
the probability of measurable precipitation at the burn site (70%
chance). The upper level low will finally pull away from the
region Friday. The threat of measurable precipitation is lower on
Friday (around 50%) so adjusted the clearing index to 500 to
reflect this lower probability. Otherwise, light winds are
expected through the period.
